Steel pipe hot-dip galvanizing is the process of depositing a layer of metallic zinc on the inner and outer surfaces of welded pipes to prevent corrosion. The service life of galvanized steel pipes can typically reach 11 to 28 times that of ordinary welded pipes.

    Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes are widely used in low-pressure fluid transportation for fire protection, gas, heating and steam, water supply, and drainage systems, as well as structural pipes for scaffolding, greenhouses, and other applications. Youfa Group took the lead in drafting the national standard GB/T 3091-2015 "Welded Steel Pipes for Low Pressure Liquid Delivery," which was officially implemented in 2016.

    By the end of 2022, Youfa Group had a total of 73 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe production lines, producing a total of 6.498 million tons of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes (round pipes, square and rectangular pipes). The First Branch of Youfa Group has 16 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe production lines, with an annual production capacity of 2.12 million tons of hot-dip galvanized round pipes.
