Tianjin Taisite Testing Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive inspection and testing organization integrating multiple testing fields, including the testing of metal materials and their products, environmental testing, chemical product testing, natural gas testing, and industrial boiler water quality testing.
The company has an office area of over 1,000 square meters and currently employs 43 staff members. Among them, 5 hold the professional title of engineer or above, including 1 senior engineer; 22 have a bachelor's degree or above, including 2 with master's degrees. The company consists of 9 departments: Material Analysis Laboratory, Chemical Analysis Laboratory, Instrumental Analysis Laboratory, On-site Sampling Laboratory, Quality Management Laboratory, Technical Management Laboratory, Business Office, Finance Office, and Administration Department. It is equipped with over 114 sets of industry-leading testing equipment.
In accordance with the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations, and in compliance with the Administrative Measures for the Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Institutions (Order No. 38 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), the Administrative Measures for the Supervision of Inspection and Testing Institutions (Order No. 39 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), RB/T 214-2017 "General Requirements for the Competence Assessment of Inspection and Testing Institutions," RB/T 041-2020 "Requirements for the Management and Technical Competence Assessment of Inspection and Testing Institutions for Ecological Environmental Monitoring," CNAS-CL01:2018 "Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" (equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025:2017), and their accreditation rules, guidelines, application notes, and application requirements, the company has established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved its management system. It has successively passed the accreditation of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment and the qualification recognition of the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Commission, obtaining laboratory accreditation (CNAS) and qualification recognition (CMA) certificates. The company can provide inspection and testing services for customers and issue authoritative testing reports. The testing reports issued by the company are recognized in more than 40 ILAC member countries and regions, including those in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Oceania.
The company was recognized as a 2020 Tianjin Municipal Small and Medium Enterprise Public Service Demonstration Platform. To date, it has provided inspection and testing services and issued testing reports to over 1,000 enterprises. At the same time, the company is also the organizing unit for the construction of the "One-Stop" Comprehensive Service Platform for Quality Infrastructure in Daqiuzhuang, Jinghai District.
