It provides a comprehensive introduction to the development history, manufacturing processes, and product applications of steel pipes from five aspects: an overview of steel pipes, welded steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, composite steel pipes, and the finishing processes of steel pipes. It also vividly illustrates the transformation and evolution of China's steel pipe industry from nonexistence to existence and from small to large since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
