The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China's fine traditional culture has a long history and is profound and extensive, and it is the crystallization of the wisdom of Chinese civilization. Intangible cultural heritage is an important symbol of a country and a nation's historical and cultural achievements and an essential component of fine traditional culture.

It can be said that paper-cutting has, in a certain sense, become a symbol of Chinese culture.

- In recent years, with the continuous development of the tourism industry and the continuous advancement of cultural and tourism integration, people's understanding of intangible cultural heritage has deepened, and intangible cultural heritage has also received increasing attention from people. On November 12th, Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park invited Mr. Liu Xuehui, a member of Tianjin Paper-cutting Association, to hold a unique paper-cutting skill inheritance activity. A total of more than 20 employees and their family members participated in this event.

Teacher Liu Xuehui first elaborated on the school characteristics, evolution history and other related knowledge of paper-cutting, enabling everyone to have a more concrete and profound understanding of the art of paper-cutting. Then, Teacher Liu demonstrated the basic skills of paper-cutting, and everyone began to operate with their hands, completing the main practical activity of today - paper-cutting.

Under the guidance of Teacher Liu, everyone actively and enthusiastically participated in it, entrusting their best wishes for life, work and other aspects to paper-cutting. While stimulating creativity and artistic expression, they carried out the dynamic inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of paper-cutting art.
