Let us achieve civilized, green, and harmonious tourism.
Strive to be promoters of civilized tourism. Residents should fully embody the spirit of being a good host and foster the awareness that "everyone is a calling card of Tianjin." Welcome visitors from all directions with warm and hospitable spirit, and do your best to help tourists coming to Tianjin with road guidance, sightseeing guidance, accommodation directions, and other assistance. Take the lead in practicing new civilized practices and fully demonstrate the warm and friendly image of Tianjin people. Everyone should strive to be an ambassador for Tianjin's tourism image, allowing visitors to truly feel the warmth of Tianjin and the sense of being at home.
Strive to be guides of civilized tourism. We call on residents to actively join the ranks of cultural and tourism volunteers. Volunteer service organizations should set up volunteer service stations at key tourism transportation points and major tourist attractions to provide a variety of convenient services for passing tourists. Volunteers should actively participate in volunteer services such as civilized persuasion, order maintenance, sightseeing guidance and explanation, and care and assistance for special groups, integrating the spirit of volunteer service into the vibrant practice of civilized tourism.

All tourism enterprises and practitioners in the city should consciously maintain market order, abide by industry standards, operate with integrity and in accordance with the law, provide high-quality services, and protect legitimate rights and interests. They must resolutely combat illegal and non-compliant behaviors such as false advertising, cheating customers, and forced consumption. In the process of providing tourism services, they should incorporate civilized tourism notifications, reminders, and persuasion to create a strong atmosphere of civilized tourism, serve tourists wholeheartedly, and continuously enhance the reputation of Tianjin's tourism and the influence of the city.
