In December 2021, Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park was rated as a national AAA-level tourist attraction, marking the beginning of a new journey of green
development for Youfa and taking an important step toward transforming the factory into a "garden." The completion of the eco-friendly, garden-style
factory has further improved the working environment for employees and enhanced their sense of well-being, putting into practice Youfa's mission of
"enabling employees to grow happily and promoting the healthy development of the industry" and the "health and happiness principle" of Youfa's
behavioral culture.

Recently, General Manager Zhang Degang proposed at a company leadership meeting that, in order to further promote corporate culture and advocate
the concept of "happy work, healthy life," all employees should be gradually arranged to visit the scenic area. While enjoying the beauty of the scenic
area, they can also gain an in-depth understanding of the corporate culture, the company's development history, and the construction of the scenic area.

Based on the operation of the scenic area and the actual conditions of each branch factory and department, the company has formulated a detailed tour
plan and arrangements, and has orderly carried out the activity "Experience the Beauty of the Scenic Area, Embark on a Cultural Journey." As of now, 43
batches with a total of 634 visits have been organized, leading employees to appreciate the beauty of the scenic area's environment, architecture, and
culture. At the same time, by integrating the company's development history, the corporate culture is interpreted in depth, merging and connecting
enterprise development with corporate culture, allowing employees to learn during the tour.
